† Keep or obey is more profound than a sense of mere duty. Like two sides of a coin, the essence of obedience is a deep love (agape) for Christ, and the effect of that love for Him is manifested (an act of the will) in loving obedience to His commandments (cf. Jn 14:15, 21, 23, 24, 31; 15:10).
* Daily is provided to encourage motion to our devotion! These websites are in no particular order; my current favorite is Tony Evans, for instance. My iconic messenger looking over the signboard is not daily! As far as any disclaimer, the inclusion of resource materials in Daily, excluding the links to the Psalms and Proverbs, is not necessarily affirmed in toto by M-G (2 Tim 2:15).
** I do not look to C.S. Lewis for exegetical analysis of Scripture, but at the same time, I choose not to have the water chasing after the baby going out the window. Again, refer to the above note: *.
